Last day on Carnivore WOE. Am really glad I did this. Learned alot about myself this month.
Never hungry but missed Keto elements. As of today, I have bounced down 6-9 lbs since Feb 1. I am back where I feel healthy. Now, I can more easily nurture other aspects of my life. Realize the work is not over. Is never over. Will add in foods but will consider the portion size more judiciously. Will try to listen more carefully to others around me. In Ketosis Exercise and Yoga daily Read / Art and watch for the "rabbit hole" that is my desk. Thank you all for being here.
