Iya aku makan perharinya paling banyak 600 kkal, dan itu cmn kurang lebih 500 kkal.
WO Aku 3-5 kali seminggu wo nya aku plank 2 menit dan apa lagi gatau ngarang sendiri aja sampe keluar keringat.
