The past few days at work have been rough - I am very disappointed and upset. I have found that I am handling stress in a different way now - rather than binge eating. When I got home I sat down with my husband on the couch and talked it out with him. Usually, I don't like to bring my work home with me - but I needed to talk through it to prevent an unhealthy way of dealing with it.
I truly hope my strong determination not to binge eat is passing.
