Masukin putih telur matang aja ka. Tpi klo pke minyak logikanya gini itung putih telurnya sma minyak jga jdi keseluruhan deh

@azminafysz23, @HenryDo, @ iya kak, pakai teflon anti lengket, kmrn coba pakai air pengganti minyak hasilnya ga bs dibalik masih lengket walaupun teflon, hancur hasilnya 😅, jadi kmrn pakai minyak canola 1/2sendok mkn, putih telur 500gr tambahin bumbu kaldu jamur totole dikocok, wortel 150gr potong kecil2, jamur shimeji 60gr, sambal 1sendok mkn, total 433kcal, protein dapat 58gr 👍, kecukupan protein sudah 60% sisanya dari susu protein.

tips kalo tetep gamau pake minyak apapun sama sekali buat masak putih telur: pastiin sebelum masak teflon anti lengket sudah panassssss banget. dijamin deh putih telurnya ga akan nempel 👌👌
