dear body, two full hard-boiled eggs and one hard boiled egg white with a small tangerine and my black coffee. I always hear people say how coffee doesn't flow with keto bc they need sugar but I find if I drink it while I'm eating something sweet then I honestly don't miss the 4 teaspoons of sugar I used to use. 4 teaspoons of crud that I used to shovel into my coffee and consume first thing in the morning. that's insanity. and the most insane thing was I didn't even think twice about it. I would just drink my coffee and get another and maybe another, 12 teaspoons of sugar later!! trying to focus on the big picture and remember this isn't a diet or a dad, it's a lifestyle change that can and will save my life. from Maria
