Back from the states. Wow - the food there is sooo good, and yet soo bad for me. =( I completely broke my stride, paritially because it was so delicious, partially because I am stressed about a family member's health. The weight leapt back onto me. Amazing how you can work for a year...barely break even...not really enjoy your food at all...and a small trip can completely wreck the teenie progress made.
I am tired of feeling like this though. Tired of feeling like I can only ever achieve "almost" instead of actual success. I almost kept on my diet. I almost got my brown belt. I almost was able to move to the next project in Sumie....always "almost."
I'm still fighting jetlag and such, so I am going to let my body work out its timetables before I start again. But I will start again. By Friday, I will be back at it. I'll start recording intake asap. And at least I have learned something - my habit of drinking tea, but not thinking to record it, is sabotaging me.
Back to the beginning. (>.<)
