- nasi putih 100gr
- bawang putih
- bawang merah
- daun bawang
- saus tiram 1/2 sdm
- kecap manis (yg light) 1/2 sdm
- jahe
- merica bubuk
- royco secukupnya
- garam secukupnya
- telur rebus 1/2 butir
- minyak goreng 1/2 sdm
* tumis bawang merah bawang putih ayam daun bawang sampe wangi
* tambah air, kecap, saus tiram, garam, royco, jahe, masak sampe airnya menyusut
* tarh telur di mangkuk, ayam, nasi
* kukus sebentar, siap dihidangkan
