My first week with the trainer went really well! I know I will lose weight working with him and following the meal plan he gave me. I haven't been hungry or really tired. It's great! I haven't started all of the supplements yet and I'm really not looking forward to it, but I will take them for two months. Yesterday I saw the importance of a trainer. I participated in a 6 mile MLK march and was very tired. If I didn't have a trainer, I KNOW I would have gone home and laid on the couch. Instead I went to him and he kicked my but some more! I'm excited!
