Cutting carbs?

Hi doll. mind if i ask what your approach has been so far? I know a weightloss stall can be incredibly overwhelming especially when we feel we've been putting in time and effort with no results. Can i ask if you weigh or measure?

No just maintaining 80g of carbs per day. Calorie counting 1200cal a day and running, hiit training and started weights this past week. I’ve been exactly the same thing I did that helped me lose my first 10kgs. I’m losing it now. I’m gonna start panicking because it’s the second month now that I’m still on 91kg

I weigh mostly. The idea of a plateau is coming from being the same weight on the scale. I do measure also but I only did that once in December. I didn’t check again

try 16:8 fasting. My hubby plateaued for 3 months and that is what worked for him. Our bodies figure things out after a while. Fasting forces fat burning and breaks the plateau, but I know it's not for everyone. He stopped eating at 8PM and the next day skipped breakfast to eat at 12 midday (your metabolism will not slow down).

Water fast for a day or 2, I did 63 hours. I only take 30g Carbs max Fat & Protein about 70g each. 2 liters of water a day. Lost 6.6 KG in 3 weeks

hey hope you are all well. I hope this information helps. I also had a plateau for 2 months and literally struggled to break it. but eventually I did. this is what I did and it might sound weird but trust me. increase the amount of green vegetables and increase your water intake that's basically all and do not eat after 9pm. that's all I did

I dont suggest fasting cause all your body does is store the fat when you do eat.

I honesty dont suggest fasting and water fasting for 2 reasons. Firstly it's not sustainable when you are not fasting. secondly when you eat or break the fast your body will store the fat that's even in the healthy food.

When I reached my 90's i got stuck for close to two months. After trying everything i finally decided to increase my calorie intake by about 300 a day for a week or so. The scale finally moved. I then went back to my deficit but have since noted that my scale moves more consistently when i am less rigid with my deficit. I also highly recommend contacting a therapist. Counseling has made the whole process far easier than it has ever been in my prior attempts. All the best.

I agree give yourself a week break... eat healthy but increase your calories a little then go back down and be strict. Sometimes you need to shake things a bit

I gained 10kg since last Feb. but I am totally committed as from today. You can do it

I have also been stuck on the same weight for about a month. But I am losing cms still. So I am not too worried about the scale
