Actually weighed in at 197! Unbelievable weight loss, low carbs lots of walking! I put 198 in case it was an aberration, but who knows
Anyway decided to splurge a little today, and had some treats, me bad. Carbs way up, but could be worse! Anyway babysitting my Huskey (she just got fixed) so can't get out for a long walk, but tomorrow will hit it strong!
