Hi lessthan15 🙋🏾‍♀️ I try to have one day off without binge eating, so I’ll enjoy what I want but not overdo it. Then for 6 days a week, I try to calorie count and do light exercises. When I say light, very light - I aim to burn around 400 calories a day. From today actually, I will try and up it to 500 cal a day, so that I have some extra leeway for my day off. I really think this works. In May of last year, I took a break from ‘dieting’ and just tried to stay mindful of what I ate, and I managed to somewhat maintain until February this year when I felt I was mentally ready to continue.
