Small scale victory. Non scale victory. I feel and look less bloated!!! I’ve increased my work outs and daily walks. So I also think I am gaining muscle as I lose fat. 🤷♀️ So the scale isn’t moving so much. But my jeans are fitting loosely so I am still happy at the moment!!
