3 weeks without carbs (1 cheat day out of 21 days) and not a pund lost not an ounce same exact weight. Clothes arent looser I dont feel smaller in any way. I am sad to go cause I love the energy from the diet and the food wasnt half bad but I need to lose at least 25 lbs by May and well I guess this isnt the diet for me.. I just wish I knew what was. Cause I dont know where I am going from here. But I know rice is in my days future lol. Oh well Maybe being fat forever is my only option.

lol thanks I enjoy that woe the most I can not do LCLF I will have nothing to eat..... I am trying not to go too crazy today staying low carb-ish lol Thanks RKsoup. Christine I am not drinking a ton of water but I never ever drink water so I am definitely up. I say I am getting in 3-8 glasses a day some more soem less. Hard for me to stay with the water specially on the weekends when I am on the go and cant use a bathrrom every 5 minutes.
