Had three days in a row where I just lost it and ate sugar, rice, corn, cheese, etc. Apparently I got real cocky and decided not to write down my food for a whole week. So. Back to logging for me!
119.6 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 27.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
