This week I felt like I wasn't on track at all. Even though I went to the gym five times, I still felt like I wasn't losing anything. Then, a couple days ago, Aunt Flo stopped by and a light bulb went off. I didn't figure on losing anything this week because I know that when she comes bloating and water retention occurs, however, I still lost FOUR pounds! YAY!
107.5 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 46.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
