Hi everyone - Just trying to keep my nose to the grindstone and keep focused on my fasting protocol. I decided to do rolling 42s - fast 42 hours - eat 2 meals - continuously. I tried switching to two 48s but I didn't lose weight as fast. The good thing is my fasting blood sugar was 111 this morning which is still too high but headed in the right direction. It will take a long time to get down below 100 in the morning. I belong to a subscription website The Fasting Method. I like it because it teaches fasting and has all kinds of support groups so you can talk about emotional eating, women's issues, diabetes, etc. I cancelled Netflix and Hulu to join and it and Planet Fitness. Worth every penny. Well, I am going to see what you guys are up to now. Have a great day and NEVER GIVE UP!
