I wasn’t feeling good last night. I got a burst of energy about 1 am. So much food ran through my mind. But I ate my pickle and piece of chicken breast. I was nowhere near has hungry as the night before. Even today I am not hungry like the previous mornings.
I am actually standing up straight and not breathing as hard when walking from the bedroom to the kitchen. People look at fat people and judge and shake their head. They don't understand the suffering that comes with being overweight. Overweight people are not just suffering mentally and emotionally but physically. I actually said to myself I cannot go out. I am embarrassed how I look and furthermore, when people see that it is actually hard for me to walk they going to talk to.. Not that I care what people think like that, but for my own peace it is an embarrassment. My mom and dad use to always get on me for being overweight. But now I see it was their love for my wellbeing. I had no idea being overweight can be so disabling.

But thank God for off scale victories. It's amazing what a few pounds can do. I am encouraged to go on and finally feel my mind wanting to do this. I am single and really want my person, but I cannot love someone else till I love myself. Part of loving myself is getting and keeping myself healthy. So on a lighter side. I need HCG to hurry up so I can be ready for my person. :)
