@deewiparas 8 bulan diet yaa tp aku ada bbrp kali rest diet ya kalau dihitung sih rest diet sekitar 1 bulan. Pola makan sih cuma kurangin gula, tepung, minyak, dan defcal yaaa. Workout pake video yt pamela reif, lilly sabri, heather robertson, chloe ting, sunny funny fitness (ganti-ganti sesuai mood). Kalau lagi pengen olahraga outdoor biasanya lari/jalan cepat aja sekitar 1,5 jam
