Hello everyone, I am so glad to have two new buddies. DanaDowning and Raych. Today I was so happy to finally see the scale move today. I decided to eat a serving of spaghetti with high protein pasta last nite and I was glad to see that my urine dipstick still turned pink this am. I guess that small amt didnt kick me out of ketosis. The Biggest Loser pot at work is up to $700. I have to keep going strong until April. I wont stop until I reach my goal.
It does get frustrating when others arent following diets as strict as atkins but still seem to be losing the same amt or more wt than me. I guess I just have to be patient.
