oh my goodness the summer shred challenge...I've never actually worked out and felt like my ribcage would explode 😂😂😂 At this point I hate planks..all variations of them🙆

I love planking.. when I started 20 seconds Was a lifetime... I can now comfortably hold for. good two minutes plus. I use it as my strength-reader! so much less back-pain since planking daily. bring it on!!!

@Shereen, You are goals rn🙌 and I know I'll eventually get to the point where I'm like "planks ...pssssh I can plank😂" and then not feel like giving up, plus the less back pain...I can totally relate to😊

@rotandwa, till this day whenever it comes up I do the low impact version😂😂The thought I always have is "yeah..noo, not gonna happen"..but one day ...one daaaay in the future when I'm stronger I'll be on it. I applaude you for actually doing them properly 👏👏

When that day comes you're going to feel mega powerful!!! Side planks used to be so difficult for me. I'd have to hold myself with both arms and use my knees... Now I can hold the pose perfectly still with my top arm stretched up. It's an epic feeling that is so worth working towards. Experiencing your body growing stronger is more motivating than any number going lower on the scale!
