Day 14. Two weeks into my counting calorie regime. I find the cumulative net calories at bottom of the diet calendar (on the app) very interesting. For the month of February (12 days), I'm netting a total deficit of just over 4,000 calories. So hopefully tomorrows weigh in will yield at least some sort of loss. Also, in instances where I have to estimate food calories-I estimate high; for exercise I estimate low. Hopefully this means that my cumulative deficit it actually greater than 4000 calories for the month. I love numbers, and the phone app has a few features I haven't been able to duplicate on the website. Tomorrow is weigh in day, yeah!
