Woke up today hungry (oddly enough) but I slept late so it was almost lunch time. I was craving cheese so I had it I know I was trying to cut down on the cheese but I needed it so I ate it. I did get on the scale and am a pound less than yesterday but I know its only 2 days that means nothing. hmmm
Been cooking and picking all day...off from work hard to write this down or record it in food diary after gym and class tonight I will try and sort things out!

Atkins recommends no more than 3-4 ounces of dairy so your still good. Don't discount your loss. That is good. Keep that part going. :)

Have you tried Laughing Cows? For 35 calories you get a creamy, almost cheesey few bites that might stop the cheese craving. I put it on slices of shaved turkey as a snack midafternoons and the protein gives me a lift until dinner. Six slices of turkey = 60 calories and that makes for a snack under 100. I place three slices so they make a long cylinder with the cheese in the middle and that gives me two rollups. I feel like I've had something "real" to eat. You might try it and see if it helps.
