Aku sih makan di atas BMR biasa makan di 1600-1800, WO tiap pagi sblm nyarap 5x sminggu jogging sore hari.. makanan apa aj sih dimakan g ada pantang tp ya lbh sering makan bersih tp ttp ada cheattime nya jg yg penting msh defkal.. trs sering2 nyimak percakapan di timeline suhu2 disini 🥰 alhamdulillahny g prnh pny masalah sm bab dan dateng bulan sll rutin dan banyak😊
