My shoulders are a little sore from the push-ups, but I did them again.
I did better last night. I was tempted to have some chocolate kisses, but had already eaten chocolate on rice crispy treats. I abstained on the kisses. A victory.
I love chocolate candy. In college, I used to eat a pound bag of Peanut M&M's for dinner. Now, I only eat a half-pound occasionally. Sweets are definitely a comfort food for me.
I had a Tater-tot casserole for dinner, but I picked a casserole from the list and guessed on calories.
Stormy night. Fortunately, I had dinner almost done when the power went out. The biscuits could have cooked for another 2 minutes, but we ate them anyway.
We ate like Lincoln, by lamp light.
