Looks great! This is pretty close to my go-to breakfast. Personally, I feel the chia seeds don't add anything, but I like the fiber boost.

IK I wouldn't fill my empty-tummy w/chia seeds. lol Otherwise, looks filling. Just the banana alone would be filling for me.

I have never eaten chia seeds this way, although I have seen others do so. I prefer chia pudding instead. I may give them a try this way...

Chia seeds are a good source of fiber, have some protein and healthy fats too. I don't eat them dry though, like to have them soaked at least half an hour. This looks delicious.
