Sobat fs bnr ga si klo vco itu bgs utk diet dan mlancrkan bab? Soalnya mau konsumsi jd ragu krn d fs 1sdm vco 120kal. Bantu jwb ya guys

vco itu kalo gasalah masuknya emang healthy fat kak, tapi kalo ngincer lancarin BAB nya mending banyakin serat. aku tadinya jg sembelitan sampe minum vegeta herbal dan teh jati cina. karna mikir duh sayur 100gr dimakan aja blm mencukupi serat harian. tapi skg serat aku di kadar 28-32 gram perhari. hydro coco kalbe yg kecil 1kotak 8gr serat kak. 4sdm oats merah ada 3gr serat. cocoa powder van houten per 30gram bubuknya ada 18gr serat kak. 1gr serat per sajian fibercream jg,

sama aku makan chia seed 2 sdm campur liquid jg 120ml tiap hari, dr chianya aja udh 10-11 gram serat kaaa
