Hey guys I’m new to the app I’m Isabel! A month before I joined I started a diet with exercise I’ve lost 15lbs my first month. Now I’m on my second month and I’ve only lost a pound what can I do to improve my situation nothings changed with my diet or exercise. I would love input and any ideas of what to do! Hope everyone’s goals are made and love to see everyone’s progress 🙏🏼 Total of 16lbs down 80 more to go 🤞🏼❤️
