Hey guys I’m new to the app I’m Isabel! A month before I joined I started a diet with exercise I’ve lost 15lbs my first month. Now I’m on my second month and I’ve only lost a pound what can I do to improve my situation nothings changed with my diet or exercise. I would love input and any ideas of what to do!
