I'm thinking I need a personal goal, so starting tomorrow I will leave the house everyday that it is sunny and go to the park with my son and play :) on top of that I will drink 2 water bottles a day and never never never have a cheat day until I lose half the weight!!

No no no! never say never...you are setting yourself up for failure! Plus your body NEEDS a cheat day....to a certain extent!! How about if you don't like water, subtract a soda and drink crystal lite. Switch to diet soda if you must have soda.
