Well, so much for eating small portions of what I like. I was doing so well, and then we had a late Christmas get together and I ended up drinking and eating pizza. Not a good combination (both are my ultimate weakness). Starting tomorrow (Sunday Jan 16) I will be doing slimfast. I have my slimfast purchased and am ready to rock -n- roll. I just cannot let myself fall into the trap of eating things that are not good for me b/c when I do that, I go completely overboard.
