well, my treadmill broke down last night so i had to do billy's bootcamp...wow, i'm sore today. but i don't feel like i sweated enough. Hopefully, my hubby fixed my treadmill and i will be able to that again tonight. on the positive side my 11 year old daughters love tybo and is going to do it again tonight. she's already in good shape but it's good that she wants to work out. i hope i can loose this 3.5 pounds this week.
