Had a really bad day yesterday. Thank goodness I didn't have any chocolate around or ice cream. I probably would have eaten the whole thing. I'm such a typical emotional eater.
I also found out that I will gone 5 out of the next eight weeks on business trips. It will be a big challenge to stay on the diet and not settle for fast food. I wish I could just snap my fingers and be skinny!

Travelling is such a nightmare - i have to do it too! You are jet lagged and all you want and need is a massive carb fix! I find that if you are really set out in your plan not to eat badly that you don't. Have fruit for breakfast and take a walk - it really sets me up, then I have eggs or something - something that keeps you full. Then the buffet lunches and dinners are the killer for me. I try to eat before I get to a buffet and then eat nothing while i'm there - that way if i don't start eating unhealthily i won't want to continue it! Well that's what's worked the past couple of times i've travelled. Good luck and don't give in!!!! And don't eat the plane food - yuk! Nicole

The plot thickens... I was now advised that I will be traveling every week for the next 4 months!!! Any suggestions on breakfast food that I can keep in my hotel room (I'm allergic to eggs)???

Ugh! Not the most fun you can have eh? If you are allergic to eggs then wholemeal toast? Can you eat bread? Home made museli is great if you want i'll give you my recipe...it's a bit haphasard but really yummy!
