start a diet again
rules:
1. WO 15 menit
2. Walk 30 menit
3. Minum rempah pagi after wo pagi
4. Makan setelah kuliah, jam 4
5. Tutup dengan cemilan jam 8 malam
6. Main badminton pas sore
71 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
