I really worked out hard at the gym today. I hate to run, so i tried a walk/jog session for 40min on treadmill and did 20min on the dreaded stairmaster. I also did about 30 min circuit weights. I really need to scale to move down this week. It feels like I have been in a standstill for 2 weeks. I am in a Biggest Loser contest at work, and I WILL BE THE WINNER!!
