I have not lost a pound this week. I have been going up and down scale by 1 pound. I have been exercising more this week. But, I have been doing something wrong. I am going to cut out breakfast and my calories intake. Maybe this will help. I am not feeling encouraged this morning.

Cutting out your Breakfast is not the answer.. you need that Boost in the morning.. If you have been working out like a maniac this week, perhaps you are gaining muscle, which weighs more.. Don't get discouraged, stay on the same path, and see where you are at the end of next week, adjust your caloric intake, equally throughout the day..if needed at that time, not all at once in one meal.

Totally agree about breakfast. Everything i have read encourages a good breakfast to start up your metabolism. Keep up with the exercise and it will pay off. I feel your pain though. Dropped weight like crazy till last week and it just stopped. Hard to stay motivated but know that more exercise is the way to go. Good luck!!

THANKS FOR YOUR WORDS OF SUPPORT. OK WILL KEEP BREAKFAST....I HAD A LITTLE CLAM DIP/FEW CHIPS AND 3 COOKIES TODAY....NOW I FEEL A LITTLE BAD...BUT, I DID NOT GO OVER MY CALORIES FOR THE DAY....
