💓 Day 130 💓 Weight: 60.4 (-1.1 )!!! I don’t know how it works but I notice that then I increase my calories, my weightiest down 😳🤷🏼♀️ Especially when I eat carbohydrates more ... when I have lack of nutrients my weight is permanent ... Maybe I need more ?! 1300-1500 it’s ok, but not 1000-1100. Frankly speaking I suppose that I eat more then I calculate here ... 😉
