Had to rethink my diet as a whole. With the addition of my workout regiment and the reduction in RDI, I have determined to reach 200lbs. For me this is a major undertaking as I have never done any type of exercise. All my fitness has been work related. Drywall Hanger, Tree Trimmer/Remover, Vegetation Management Planner, all active and physically intense jobs.
