So today is an exciting day for me. My GR8-Flex Performance Gym came. I want to add some true exercise to my weight loss regiment. For those who don't know what the GR8 is...... Its a much more heavy duty Total Gym. Now I'm working with my wife to find 90"L x 30" W space to put it in. Food was delicious. As soon as I get a response on why I cannot upload pictures, I will be happy to share my meals with all of you.
