GOOD MORNING CAMPERS!!!! Well the weekend didn't go well only one trip to the gym but a good one for sure. The intake was bad though!! So I bounced out of bed at 6.40am this morning and was at the gym for 7am. I weighed in today and had lost a little since last weigh in so the world is not at an end.

Other than that I'm in a good mood this morning and had a good work out this morning, tomorrow we're going to go again and the day after again. A few more pounds and I'll be content, the target was arbitrary, so lets dee if 170lbs is possible. Then its just maintenance...12st is fine for a 37 year six footer.
