Going out for a dinner for work at a bar...a bit nervous to see what I can choose as far as bar food goes and not to break my 1300-1500 Calorie range. I'm reading the menu right now and it is all bar food. They do have a salad section, however I am always hesitant at ordering produce from a pizza/burger joint. I think my best bet is to get a burger, and not eat the bun and get a side salad/cottage cheese. Hmmmm decisions decisions. Well, I haven't eaten much today, so it will probably even out.
