Going out for a dinner for work at a bar...a bit nervous to see what I can choose as far as bar food goes and not to break my 1300-1500 Calorie range. I'm reading the menu right now and it is all bar food. They do have a salad section, however I am always hesitant at ordering produce from a pizza/burger joint. I think my best bet is to get a burger, and not eat the bun and get a side salad/cottage cheese. Hmmmm decisions decisions. Well, I haven't eaten much today, so it will probably even out.

Huge props to you if you dont go over calories, but be quick to forgive yourself if you do. One meal doesnt make or break weight loss. Have a good time :-)

Thank you for your kind words of advice, Yolanda! It's always a great reminder to not beat yourself up and have fun! It's always a balancing act of eating what your body wants and needs without sacrificing a good time! I will be keeping you in mind this evening as I order my entree :-)
