I've done good today! Gotta keep it up, though I was really tempted to overdo it at dinner. I do good during the day but when I get home it's a little harder. I also really had to push myself to excercise today. But I did it. I got 1 mile (19 minutes) on the treadmill and I bought a Shaker Weight and did that too! I have to keep telling myself I can do it and you all can too! Keep up the good work!

Great job, if you ever need support or motivation I'm here. =) It always helps to have someone to talk to about the hard times and when you feel like giving in but in the end you would only cheat yourself, it's not worth it.
