I've been feeling so much better overall since I've started losing the weight. I'm down about 13 lbs. so far and even with that amount I feel much happier and I have more energy.

I wish I could get my hubby to get a little more exercise. I see how good it makes me feel and I know he could use a little pick me up. He also claims his weight doesn't bother him, but was disturbed when the doc suggested he lose some weight. I've also noticed he gets winded doing activities that are strenuous, but wouldn't have caused him to get winded in the past. His asthma is acting up again too. He says he just doesn't have time. I've tried chasing him out of the house to the gym- making the time- but then he says he's not in the mood. Hopefully he'll come around.
