Good luck! It’s something I struggle with, too, and I envy the members on here who are able to post only weekly weigh ins. I try not to weigh daily but the urge is SO strong. You’re doing really well and you have a great attitude. Hope this works for you!

I know what you mean my nurse is having me to weigh everyday now and it's kind of frustrating to see the numbers go up and down but I'm learning to deal with it that's life good luck be blessed 😊
