Hari ke2 ikut WO Pamela Reif Entah karena aq yg lagi datang bulan atau emang gerakannya yg susah,,setelah WO kondisi badan kliyengan. Tidak berkeringat banyak,,tapi kerasa banget di booty and thigh. Semoga besok lebih baik!!
