Lost a little weight since yesterday. Blood sugars is 82 fasting 8 hrs. Ketone level 1.0 mmol/l. I will continue with this short term plan of Carnivore for Feb. I am hopeful and focused. Exercise was really enjoyable today. And...I suffered no hunger pangs. For a "prior" pre-diabetic and obese geriatric this short win is a miricle. Thank you all for being here🥑🙋♀️
