That's the spirit! Yes, it is a huge lifestyle change that requires a time commitment, but the longer you live this way the easier and less time consuming it'll be. You'll develop efficiencies in your shopping, meal planning & prep, etc. that will help over time. Keep on keeping on and congratulations on dropping another pound!!
