Most importantly, don’t get so caught up in being the biggest loser that you lose site of the the bigger picture and that is being the most long term loser. Anyone can lose the weight, but developing life style changes that enable you to maintain that loss is the bigger goal. Otherwise you will be repeating this same process over and over just like all of the contestants from the TV program .

I won two of those. My secret? One hour on the eliptical every day, no more than 2500 cals in ( I was 260 at the time.) Was able to shed 40 lbs. in 3 months. Good luck on your contest and ensuing victory!

started countong my calories a month ago 1200 calories per day not doing much I lost in the first month 40 lb
