Measured waist yesterday at 40", which was terribly disappointing. I really think I look thinner. I probably need to do some photos (I took some at the start of Jan). I won't share them (no one needs to see that), but I think the progress might be more evident in pictures. I can't explain why the waist measurement doesn't seem to change or is even as sporadic as my weight measurements.
