Woke at 228.2, up .2 from yesterday. Doing a significant change this month to better align with Ted Naiman's Protein:Energy (P:E) targets. I'm going to attempt to get 210 grams of protein per day compared to 60 grams each for fat and carbs. UPDATE: Got to 228.0 before dinner. Eating the rest of the ground beef and cabbage from Denise's cabbage pockets last night.
