Wahooooooooo!!! I wish I had found this website a month ago when I started dieting. My total loss since January 2 is 5 pounds! I finally lost 2 pounds this week. It had been being a pound a week. But I also figured out that I had been using too much coffeemate and not counting those points. Maybe that will continue to make a difference. I am happy with 5 pounds in a month :)
