Aq nyoba yg playlist ABS. 4video sekaligus sktr total 30-40mnt..
Tp, stlh kclkaan, aq skrg wo nya 3-4x dlm sminggu. 30mnt n cukup wo fokus bgian bawah saja kyk squat n cardionya jln kaki semampunya 😀
